Board Of Trustees

  Seven Trustees are elected by General Body for three years to govern the    organization.

  Five Officers of the management for day today operations.

  Loan Officers-12, Office Secretariys-2, Cashiel-1, Field Workers-4, Executive Director-1, Assistant       Director-1, Finance Manager-1, Office messenger-1, Driver-1, Service staff-6,
  Security Staff 2, Social Workers-2, Community Health staff-1. Thus total staff-34.

  Nagpur, Sitabuldi, Wardha, Yavatmal, Amravati, Ridhapur, Paratwada, Pune,   Mumbai -
  (9  branches).

Legal Status
  Registered Trust under Bombay Public Trust No. E-246 (Amravati) NGO,   Foreign   Contribution Regulation Act, Income Tax Act, Exempted under Sec. 80-G of   Income Tax   Act etc.

  From 1986 to 2011 CDS has served 181000 clients. This includes 85% women of   90%   poor and unemployed people.

Audit and Accounts
  Accounts are maintained day to day on cash basis and it is audited   by internal    and   external auditors.
